These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrivGang, operated at trivgang.polsia.app. By accessing or using TrivGang, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TrivGang you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrivGang.

2. Description of Service

TrivGang is a live multiplayer trivia game platform. Players create or join game rooms, compete on trivia questions in real time, and appear on a public leaderboard. The service is provided "as is" and we may update or discontinue features at any time.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free tier — Available to all users. Includes access to standard game rooms and may include advertisements.
• Premium subscription — Removes ads and unlocks additional features (larger rooms, etc.). Billed monthly or annually as stated at checkout. Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Use TrivGang in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers.
• Create display names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to remove scores, ban accounts, or restrict access for violations of these rules.

5. User-Generated Content

Your display name and any content you submit (e.g., custom quiz content in future features) remains yours. By submitting content to TrivGang you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate the service.

6. Leaderboard and Scores

Scores posted to the public leaderboard are visible to all users. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating or exploits.

7. Advertisements

The free tier of TrivGang includes advertisements served by Google AdSense. Premium subscribers may see reduced or no ads. Ad content is controlled by Google and third-party advertisers, not by TrivGang.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, and code on TrivGang are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute TrivGang's code, design, or question content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrivGang is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any specific time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrivGang and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrivGang after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrivGang operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
